Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician at Micron Technology, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of equipment and processes. Your responsibilities and tasks will include: - Getting the passdown and capturing information from supervisors and planning reports - Building an action plan, implementing it, and communicating the plan to relevant stakeholders - Assessing and evaluating plan results, making necessary adjustments, and monitoring progress You will also be responsible for maintaining equipment by: - Diagnosing equipment problems and implementing solutions - Ensuring record keeping/documentation in the equipment tracking system - Performing preventive maintenance, calibrations, and using accurate test equipment - Monitoring equipment performance, addressing deviations, and communicating trends of machine performance Additionally, your role will involve communicating information to appropriate personnel, providing excellent customer service, supporting continuous improvement projects, and adhering to safety protocols.
