Job Summary:

The Junior Manager will manage end-to-end equipment and/or materials sourcing processes, ensuring alignment with project timelines and strategic goals. This role involves cross-functional collaboration and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee procurement of semiconductor equipment and/or materials.
• Manage RFP/RFQ processes and vendor selection.
• Develop supplier relationships and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and finance.
• Track equipment and/or materials delivery and installation schedules.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage budgets.
• Support and conducts supplier quality improvement and development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in equipment and/or materials sourcing preferably in a Semiconductor/OSAT industry environment.
• Experience in greenfield or startup environments is a plus.
