Job Summary

We are looking for an XML / eBook Specialist with hands-on experience in creating and maintaining XML-based eBooks, including Accessible eBooks. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with structured content and eBook production workflows using the Epsilon tool.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and validate XML-based eBooks
• Produce and maintain Accessible eBooks in compliance with accessibility standards
• Work on eBook conversion and formatting (XML, EPUB, etc.)
• Use Epsilon tool for content processing and quality checks
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to client/style guidelines
• Perform basic QA checks and resolve formatting or structural issues
• Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in XML and eBook production
• Strong knowledge of XML tagging and structure
• Experience with eBook formats (EPUB, Accessible eBooks)
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (such as WCAG, EPUB accessibility) is a plus
• Hands-on experience with Epsilon tool
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of digital publishing workflows
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (added advantage)
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,838.41 - ₹14,798.59 per month
