As a Manager at EY, you will play a crucial role in Oracle EPM Cloud Planning projects within the Technology Consulting practice. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as a techno-functional solution architect for Oracle EPM EPBCS implementation projects - Managing project SDLC phases from gathering requirements to post go-live support - Maintaining a solution-oriented mindset and being open to learning new technologies - Ensuring quality and completeness of project deliverables while adhering to consulting standards - Collaborating with onshore and client stakeholders in a timely manner - Leading a small team of developers and fostering high performance - Being open to travel onsite as needed - Demonstrating strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills To qualify for this role, you must have: - 10+ years of experience in EPM implementation modules with 5+ completed projects in Oracle EPBCS - Expertise in developing AOP/budget/forecast models using EPBCS/PBCS modules - Strong knowledge of Essbase and calc scripts/Calc manager - Proficiency in Oracle EPM cloud functionality including data management, security, reporting, metadata, forms, task lists, and workflows - Extensive experience in calculation scripting and groovy scripts - Proficient in EPM data integration solutions and financial statements analysis - Familiarity with Planning methodologies such as Driver based Planning, what if Analysis, LRP, Rolling Forecast Additionally, it would be beneficial to have: - Experience in other Oracle EPM cloud solutions and exposure to key EPM technologies in the market - Strong understanding of FP&A processes, accounting standards, and reporting requirements - Diverse experience working across sectors, regions, and clients - Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations and achieving service delivery excellence - MBA/CA/CMA/CFA qualifications Join EY in building a better working world, where diverse teams in over 150 countries provide trust through assurance and help clients grow, transform, and operate across various industries.,
