Epicor ERP Technical Consultant

As a Solution Developer, your primary responsibility will be to develop solutions based on customer requirements. This will involve carrying out system analysis and the detailed design process to ensure timely delivery within the specified budget. Your key responsibilities will include: - Performing detailed design based on identified gaps between Epicor ERP and customer requirements. - Preparing and executing unit test cases. - Developing new forms, customizing existing forms using Visual Studio c#, Epicor Embedded Tools, and upgrading customizations to newer versions. - Creating custom reports using Crystal Reports or SSRS. - Providing post-deployment support to the implementation team until the product is live and transitioning to the support phase. - Managing software configuration and source code control. - Generating various statistics and periodic reports as per company requirements. To qualify for this role, you must meet the following requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with a major in Software Engineering or equivalent. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in programming/application development for ERP systems. - Development and implementation experience in Epicor ERP 10 or above. - Certification in Epicor ERP Tools. - Development experience in Visual Studio.NET platform and Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or higher, with knowledge of Object-Oriented and Service-Oriented Architecture. - Proficiency in c# and linq. - Knowledge of web applications using Microsoft .Net platform. - Experience in developing reports using SSRS or Crystal Reports. - Ability to independently create and perform unit test cases. - Proficiency in test case and defects management software. - Previous experience working in an Agile environment with knowledge of tools like TFS, version control system, and adherence to set processes within the organization. - Willingness to travel abroad for a period of one to three months. - Only candidates with experience in the Microsoft products stack should apply.
