What Youll Do
Build & optimize Epic Clarity & Caboodle reports, dashboards, and extracts
Modernize reporting using Power BI, Tableau, Crystal Reports
Create scalable SQL-based data solutions & ETL pipelines
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver accurate, actionable insights
Support Epic go-lives, migrations, and system integrations
Standardize KPIs & drive reporting efficiency
What Were Looking For
Epic Certifications: Caboodle & Clarity Data Model (mandatory)
5+ years BI development experience (healthcare preferred)
Strong skills in SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle), Epic Extracts, SSIS
Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, Crystal Reports
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum & Azure DevOps
Excellent communication + stakeholder collaboration skills
