Position Title: Marketing / Sales Exe & Lead - Steel, Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing, Fabrication, Automobile sector - Chennai Resumes toEmail : projectmanager@epcemart.comWhatsapp : + 91 89258 25123 Location: Chennai Employment Type: Full-time Work Mode: Work from OfficeRole OverviewAs the Marketing / Sales Lead at EPCeMart, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth, expanding our client base and building strategic partnerships.You will play a pivotal role in identifying market opportunities across EPC contractor and wide industries (Fabricators, Manufactures etc), developing business strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction to propel the company toward its goals.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and target business opportunities across EPC contractor, wide industries (Fabricators, Manufactures etc) and recycle business, in project leftover, surplus/remain materials, used machinery, and recyclable metal scrap. Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with EPCeMart's objectivesBuild and maintain strong relationships with sellers, buyers and business associatesLead negotiations for contracts, agreements, and partnerships to maximize profitabilityEnsure exceptional service delivery by liaising with operations, marketing, and technical teamsWork closely with Business Associates to generate sales leads and ensure the smooth execution of operationsCollaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns targeting potential clientsRepresent EPCeMart at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the platform and attract partnershipsPart of the leadership team on the identification of new/sustainable business Expand the business to GCC and other overseas countries Prepare reports on sales performance and business development activitiesSkills and QualificationsAny degree with min 2 years of experience in marketing, business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the industrial or recycling sectorsStrong networking and relationship-building skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilitiesKnowledge of industrial procurement, supply chain management is an advantageSalary Best in industry Perks linked with business acquisition and targets
