Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager Solar EPC (Industrial Sales)

? Department / Function: Sales & Business Development

? Reporting To: Senior Business Development Manager (Sr. BDM)

Role Purpose / Summary:

Responsible for driving industrial solar EPC sales, handling larger clients, and leading a

team of Sales Executives in their assigned area. Ensures revenue growth and team

performance in industrial EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities:

? Acquire and manage industrial clients (factories, manufacturing units, SMEs).

? Lead, mentor, and supervise Sales Executives within the assigned area.

? Set targets, track performance, and ensure team achieves sales objectives.

? Coordinate site assessments, proposals, and design discussions.

? Participate in technical and commercial discussions with industrial clients.

? Negotiate contracts and close industrial-scale EPC projects.

? Build relationships with key decision-makers in industries.

? Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, team performance, and market trends.

Qualifications & Experience:

? Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business.

? 47 years of B2B/industrial sales experience (solar/power/energy sector

preferred).

? Proven ability to manage sales teams and achieve targets.

Skills & Competencies:

? Strong leadership and team management skills.

? Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

? Technical aptitude for solar EPC solutions.

? Knowledge of industrial energy requirements and solar economics.

Performance Metrics / KPIs

? Achievement of industrial sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual).

? Team performance and number of industrial clients acquired.

? Revenue growth in industrial EPC segment.

? Client satisfaction and retention.
