EPC and solar sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated EPC & Solar Sales Executive to drive business growth in the renewable energy sector. The role involves identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) and solar solutions to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the EPC and solar energy domain.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporates, industrial clients, government agencies, and channel partners.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable EPC/solar solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and tenders.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the technical and project teams for feasibility studies, BOQ, and project execution plans.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Maintain proper records of sales pipeline, customer database, and reporting to management
• Key Skills & Competencies:
• Strong understanding of solar energy systems, EPC projects, and renewable energy sector.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Renewable Energy or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in solar/EPC sales or related field.
• Knowledge of solar PV, rooftop, ground-mounted projects, and government policies preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
