As a Configuration and Implementation Specialist at Mondelz International's Asia, Middle East, and Africa (AMEA) region, you will play a key role in leading and executing the configuration of o9 Demand Planning and/or Supply Planning modules to meet business requirements and solution design. Your responsibilities will include translating business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications, configuring o9 master data, planning parameters, workflows, and user interfaces, as well as developing and executing testing procedures. You will troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues during testing and deployment, ensuring adherence to o9 best practices and configuration standards, and configuring block upgrades/package imports for new features. In addition to configuration work, you will participate in the design and architecture of o9 solutions, collaborating with business analysts and solution architects to define detailed requirements and design specifications. Your role will involve providing guidance on o9 configuration options and best practices to optimize system performance and usability, as well as evaluating and recommending solutions to address complex business challenges. As a leader within o9 implementation projects, you will estimate configuration efforts, track progress against project timelines, and provide guidance and mentorship to junior configuration consultants. Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels of the organization will be essential, along with identifying and mitigating risks related to o9 configuration. Your role will also involve creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation of o9 configuration, including design specifications, configuration guides, and test scripts, as well as developing and delivering training to end-users on o9 functionality and best practices. Conducting knowledge transfer sessions to ensure team members are proficient in o9 configuration will be part of your responsibilities. Staying up-to-date with the latest o9 releases and features, identifying opportunities to improve o9 configuration processes and methodologies, and contributing to the development of reusable configuration components and templates will be crucial for continuous improvement. This is a regular, full-time position with a work schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home per week. Please note that no relocation support is available for this role.
