Environmental Health and Safety Officer

Job Description As an Environmental Health and Safety Officer at CHW Forge Private Limited, your role will involve overseeing health & safety, occupational health, workplace safety, and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) protocols to ensure compliance and safety standards are met. This is a full-time on-site position located in Ghaziabad. Key Responsibilities - Monitor and enforce health & safety regulations in the workplace - Implement and maintain EHS protocols to ensure a safe working environment - Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards - Provide training and support to employees on safety practices - Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences Qualifications Required - Proficiency in Health & Safety, Occupational Health, and Workplace Safety practices - Practical experience in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) standards - Possession of NEBOSH certification or equivalent in safety management - Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting - Previous background in manufacturing or heavy industries would be advantageous - Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field Company Description CHW Forge Private Limited, formerly known as Chaudhry Hammer Works, is a renowned forging company established in 1956.
