Job Title: Environment Management Lead Immediate Joiners Required Overall Experience: 5-8Yrs Employment Type: FTE At Clarium, we are looking for a dedicated Environment Management Lead to oversee and enhance pre-production environments . This role involves release orchestration, CI/CD automation, environment stability, and process improvement to support seamless testing and deployments. Qualifications & Experience: Technical & Program Management Skills: 5+ years of experience leading teams in environment management, testing, and automation 5+ years of experience in CI/CD, build & deploy automation Strong experience with Jira, ServiceNow, and MS Project Expertise in container technologies Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift 5+ years of software engineering experience in Python, Java, or JavaScript Ability to analyze gaps, identify automation opportunities, and enhance processesKey Responsibilities: Environment & Release Management Oversee pre-production environment scheduling, support, and maintenance . Manage code/configuration migrations and ensure stable QA environments. Coordinate change deployment across QA environments, resolving scheduling conflicts. Drive CI/CD automation and improve release management processes . Process & Automation Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency. Implement frameworks to categorize and prioritize tasks for automation. Establish real-time release dashboards and alerting mechanisms . Ensure proper change documentation & knowledge transfer . Defect & Risk Management Track and manage outstanding defects and environment-related issues . Work with SRE & Ops teams to create and execute automation backlogs . Ensure SRE compliance metrics are met and reported effectively. Establish a defect prioritization framework to enhance testing efficiency. Stakeholder & Team Management Lead and mentor a team of project managers and engineers . Conduct regular review meetings with infrastructure & application teams. Act as a liaison between development, QA, and operations to ensure environment stability. Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently. Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple assignments simultaneously Customer-focused, ensuring high availability and performance of test environments
