A Snapshot of Your Day This role is based in Ahmedabad, where you ll get the chance to work with teams impacting not only design but also in production. Order execution to be part of across the globe level projects including India. How You ll Make an Impact This role is mainly on Customer Order Execution projects. Involvement in the bid phase and assistance during commissioning activities as an addition. Responsible for fulfilling on time all technical obligations committed by the Company, including those sub-contracted to external suppliers related to Control System Hardware and software. Handle and work in COMOS LIBRA Database. Support NCC prevention initiatives by using 8D and 5WHY methodologies. Retain and develop new supplier base for cost out initiatives. What You Bring Must have a bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Instrumentation engineering with experience in the field of Instrument engineering and design. Should be conversant with updated national / International standards and codes used in Oil/ Gas industry. HAZOP and SIL study and SIL classification and meeting participation Experience/ Exposure & interpretation of technical specifications of - outstanding consultants like: EIL / TEIL / UHDE / LTC / Technip / Shell DEP / ARAMCO / PDO etc. Proficiency in various software applications such as MS Office (Project, Excel), Adobe PDF, SAP, Conval, Jira, Intools external editor, Navis works, COMOS and Team Center. Conversant with Machine monitoring system and sensors. Design and implement instrumentation systems, including sensors, transmitters, and control systems, This role is accountable to prepare the following major engineering and documentation: Piping and instrumentation diagram, Process & ESD control narrative, Logic diagram and flow charts, Pressure safety valve and Control valve, Anti-Surge Valve and associated instrumentation, Cause and effect diagram, Instrument Index, Manufacturer datasheet, Instrument-Datasheets, Sizing and selecting instruments. Input, output list & Alarm-Trip list summary, Cable schedule & loop diagram, Cable Tray sizing & routing, Junction box grouping & wiring, Hook up diagram Basic knowledge of - Rotating equipment compressor/ Pumps and Conversant with ESD, UCP, DCS, Local control panel & its interface.
