In this full-time on-site role of Associate - M.I.C.E. Operations (Travel) at DestinationNXT in Mumbai, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations associated with M.I.C.E. travel. Your key responsibilities will include: - Making travel arrangements for flights, accommodations, transportation, and visa facilitation for participants - Supporting logistics coordination such as venue setup, audiovisual requirements, and catering services - Maintaining effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure clear expectations and seamless execution - Assisting in budget tracking and expense management for cost-effective event delivery - Collaborating with team members for efficient project management - Providing general administrative support including data entry, documentation, and record keeping - Proactively addressing any issues or challenges during event planning and execution - Staying updated on industry trends and best practices related to M.I.C.E. travel operations Key skills required for this role include: - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities - Team-oriented mindset and effective collaboration Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in travel and tourism management, event management, hospitality management, or a related field.
