Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate - M.I.C.E. Operations (Travel) located in Mumbai. The Associate - M.I.C.E. Operations (Travel) will be responsible for day-to-day operations associated with the role, which includes travel arrangements for flights, accommodations, transportation, and visa facilitation for participants. Support logistics coordination, such as venue setup, audio visual requirements, and catering services. Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure clear expectations and seamless execution. Assist in budget tracking and expense management to ensure cost-effective event delivery. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and efficient project management. Provide general administrative support, including data entry, documentation, and record keeping. Proactively address any issues or challenges that arise during the event planning and execution process. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to M.I.C.E. travel operations.
