THE ROLE

Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) – Client Outcomes & Care

1. First Connections

    – guiding new leads toward therapy

2. Ongoing Care

    – helping existing clients get the most out of their care plan

make sure people actually feel better

You’ll work directly with our founder (an IIM alumnus), shape our care model, and eventually build and lead a team of Care Specialists.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Respond to all new leads on WhatsApp, Instagram, and DMs
• Conduct short Clarity Calls to understand needs and guide clients to the right plan
• Share intake forms, match clients with therapists, and convert interest to action
• Coordinate across therapists, yoga/mindfulness/sleep coaches, and nutritionists
• Schedule sessions, send reminders, and check in with ongoing clients
• Track client journeys and proactively solve for drop-offs or friction
• Maintain simple, well-structured trackers and insights
• Build and lead the care team once you’ve proven what works
