Entertainment Head (weeding)

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Entertainment Head for a leading wedding and events company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing entertainment activities for premium weddings and large-scale events.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entertainment department for wedding & corporate events
• Plan entertainment concepts, artist line-ups, and event flow
• Coordinate with artists, DJs, anchors, celebrities, and performance groups
• Handle negotiations, bookings, and vendor management
• Supervise on-ground event entertainment execution
• Coordinate with décor, production, and client servicing teams
• Ensure high-quality delivery of entertainment within budget
• Manage rehearsals, schedules, and backstage activities

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in weddings/events entertainment management
• Strong network of artists, performers, and entertainment vendors
• Excellent planning, creativity, and coordination skills
• Strong communication & negotiation abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and travel frequently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
