Job Description

Grade I Responsible for supporting the delivery of business analysis and consulting processes and procedures for the defined specialism using basic technical capabilities, developing working relationships to provide support with queries, issues and ad-hoc requests and assisting with quality assurance services. Specialisms: Business Analysis; Data Management and Data Science; Digital Innovation.

Key Accountabilities:

As a Staff Enterprise Technology Engineer, we provide technology expertise and deliver enterprise scale solutions across our business. We bring deep technical specialism in the technologies and platforms which are the centre of our Digital business, and delivery expertise in the integration and operation of technologies from the global technology market. We build and evolve the critical foundation on which our entire digital ecosystem depends the cornerstone authentication platform that enables all other services to operate securely. Blending deep security expertise with strategic vision, youll transform our identity infrastructure from traditional PKI to quantum-resistant solutions while ensuring enterprise-wide resilience.

What you will deliver

Act as an inspiring leader in the areas of your technology specialism helping to craft forward roadmaps, upcoming features and opportunities to unlock future
Ensure operational integrity of what you build, assuring operational compliance with architectural and security standards, as well as compliance and policy controls refined by Strategy.

What you will need to be successful (experience and qualifications)

Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Essential skills

Problem-Solving & Innovation proactively find solutions, solve issues, and improve security processes.
Automation & Scalability embrace Infrastructure-as-Code and self-service automation for efficient PKI management.
Security-First Attitude ensure security is embedded at every stage, aligning with Zero Trust principles.
Collaboration & Communication work closely with security, IAM, DevOps, and platform teams to drive adoption.
Continuous Learning & Adaptability stay updated on cryptographic advancements, emerging IAM standards, and security best practices .
Operational Excellence build high-availability, resilient, and scalable certificate infrastructures with monitoring and auditing.
