Job Description

You are a proactive and results-oriented Sales & Account Manager with over 2 years of experience in selling enterprise software solutions. Your primary focus will be on sales, account management, and customer success to drive revenue growth and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. Your success in this role will depend on your ability to build lasting relationships with decision-makers, manage sales pipelines, and nurture existing accounts for growth while providing excellent customer support. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and engaging prospects to build a robust sales pipeline. - Conducting market research, data mining, and cold calling to generate new leads. - Leveraging social media platforms and professional networks to connect with potential clients. - Coordinating product demos with prospects and closing new business deals to exceed revenue targets. - Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive loyalty and retention. - Identifying growth opportunities within accounts through upselling and cross-selling. - Serving as the primary contact for client inquiries and ensuring timely issue resolution. - Overseeing smooth onboarding and providing ongoing support to maximize client value. - Monitoring satisfaction levels and collaborating with internal teams to enhance services. You should have: - Over 2 years of proven success in selling enterprise software solutions with experience in account management, account farming, and customer success. - Proven ability to build relationships with decision-makers, manage sales pipelines, achieve revenue targets, and excel in communication, negotiation, and data-driven sales using CRM tools. Your personal attributes should include being confident, self-motivated, target-driven, with excellent relationship-building skills, a strategic mindset, and a strong focus on customer success. Education: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - MBA is a plus but not mandatory.,
