NTT DATA is looking for an Enterprise / Platform Architect to join their team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a ServiceNow Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions with a focus on scalability, best practices, and architecture. Your role will involve leading technical design discussions, guiding junior developers, and ensuring adherence to ServiceNow development standards. With at least 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and solutioning, you should have domain expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, ServiceNow Architecture, and Performance Optimization. Your key responsibilities will include architecting, developing, and implementing end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, leading complex scripting, automation, and custom application development, and defining and enforcing coding standards, security best practices, and governance frameworks. You will also be expected to implement advanced scripting using Glide APIs, JavaScript, AngularJS, and Jelly scripting, design and optimize Flow Designer, Orchestration, and business process automation, ensure optimal instance performance, security, and compliance, lead integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, Service Graph Connector, and design enterprise-wide ServiceNow architecture, including data flows and integrations. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and conduct code reviews, while defining best practices for CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and instance maintenance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on ServiceNow experience, strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scalability, and security best practices, deep expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Orchestration, experience in ServiceNow integrations, including API security, OAuth, and third-party connectors, and experience with ServiceNow performance tuning, upgrade strategies, and DevOps pipelines. Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder communication skills are also required. Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) certification, and experience in ServiceNow CMDB health, data governance, and Service Mapping.
