- Aon is looking for an Enterprise Data Architect to join the Global Enterprise Architecture team
- Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the frameworks, processes, and environments that enable an organization to systematically innovate and delivering standards for capturing, processing, storing, accessing, and sharing data in Aon to enable the organization to deliver the best possible value and service to its customers while ensuring best practices at enterprise scale, partnering with teams across the organization to accelerate and drive the next wave of analytics innovation
- The candidate is expected to develop target-state guidance (reusable standards, guidelines, individual parts and configurations) for evolving data applications platforms and infrastructure across the enterprise as a member of the Enterprise Data Architecture team
- Key focus areas for the Enterprise Architecture team include analytics in a hybrid-cloud environment, DataOps, MLOps, AI, Data and Analytics
- They will be part of a global Enterprise Architecture team providing a center of excellence spanning public and private cloud that helps define and support services, processes, and technology platforms which colleagues can leverage in an autonomous and secure way
- We are looking for experienced technical architecture leaders with a strong self-directed work ethic who can help break new ground working with global teams to establish new standards and reference architectures/patterns for cloud services
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI architectures that meet the needs of our business and clients
- Define and communicate the organization s innovation strategy and goals
- Align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Develop and maintain innovation frameworks, including sandboxes, labs, and experimentation platforms

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Data products and AI technologies into existing systems and processes

Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, and data AI
- Proven experience in delivering enterprise-wide AI programs across multiple business units within large organizations
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to technical audiences and C-level executives
- Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks and tools, such as Sage maker, TensorFlow, PyTorch etc Experience with vector and Graph technologies
Desired Skills:
- Expertise in natural language processing, computer vision, or other AI subfields
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
