Job Description

Role: Head Industry Segment (Enterprise Business)
Job Location: Havells Head office Noida
Experience: 15-20 years of experience in segment sales
Qualification: MBA, Graduation in Electrical background preferred but not a mandate
No. of direct repotees: 4-5

KRA:

The business revenue to be managed: around 200 Cr.
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the assigned industry, aligning with Havells' overall goals in key account management.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, products, and services.
Act as a liaison to ensure seamless communication between BU heads, branch teams and customers.
Demonstrate techno-commercial understanding across multiple product lines and solutions to align them with customer requirements.
Lead and mentor a team of key account managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
Deliver clear and impactful presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
