Enterprise Architecture Operations

As a Practice Architecture Analyst at NAB, you will play a crucial role in supporting Architecture Practitioners to achieve their domain objectives effectively and in alignment with NAB's architectural standards and transformation goals. Your responsibilities will include: - Operating, maintaining, and enhancing key platforms within the Strategy & Architecture toolkit, such as ServiceNow APM, SharePoint 360, and Confluence. - Driving end-to-end delivery of features, from requirements gathering to testing and implementation, and capturing value. - Supporting the maintenance of architecture artefacts, guidance, and knowledgebase articles. - Assisting in Data Quality Improvement efforts and supporting architects in closing gaps. - Producing insights and analysis to support executive-level business decisions. - Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and create feature stories in Rally. - Testing features in test environments, running automated test scripts, analyzing results, and approving changes for production. - Managing incident records for architecture tooling issues and supporting resolution. - Updating templates, guidance, or artefacts as needed. - Addressing architecture practitioner queries and managing access support requests. - Prioritizing and completing assigned activities effectively. Qualifications required for this role: - 5+ years of experience in the Technology industry, including operational and delivery roles. - 2+ years of Architecture or Design Experience, preferably in large organizations with regulatory and legacy constraints. - Familiarity with ServiceNow (APM / Enterprise Architecture), SharePoint Online (O365), Confluence, and Rally. - Proficiency in producing reporting via Excel and writing user stories for feature development in Rally. - Strong data analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to investigate root causes and extract insights from data. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Critical thinking abilities and curiosity to understand and solve problems. - Capability to work in a complex environment and manage competing work streams effectively.
