The ENM Coder will be responsible for coding evaluation and management services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with coding guidelines, auditing and reviewing coding assignments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure proper coding practices. Daily tasks include reviewing medical records, assigning appropriate codes, maintaining coding databases, and participating in regular training sessions to stay updated with coding standards. Qualifications Experience with ENM Coding and familiarity with coding guidelines Proficiency in auditing and reviewing coding assignments Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Relevant certifications such as CPC, CCS-P, or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of coding experience in a healthcare setting Ability to work on-site in Noida Show more Show less
