🧠 What You’ll Do:

• Conduct

  joyful and engaging online English classes

• Build students’

  fluency, vocabulary, grammar, and writing

• Use creative methods — storytelling, puppet shows, mock podcasts, etc.
• Personalize instruction for learners from

  India, US, UK, GCC, and ANZ

• Share feedback and align with Bhanzu’s structured pedagogy

✅ What You Need:

• Excellent spoken English with a

  neutral or clear accent

• Strong grammar, phonics, and reading comprehension skills
• Passion for teaching learners from

  UKG to Grade 8

• Prior experience in teaching or tutoring preferred

• Bonus:

  CELTA, TEFL, TESOL, or BA/MA in English/Journalism

🕒 Time Commitment (IST):

• Teach

  3–6 hrs/day, 6 days/week

  (1 weekday off)

• Preferred slot:

  3 AM – 7 AM
• Other slots: 11 AM–3 PM | 5 PM–10 PM

📝 Note: Final slot allocation will depend on your availability and performance in the selection process.

💰 Compensation:

• Per-session pay + performance bonuses

• Trainers typically earn ₹25,000–₹35,000/month
• Top performers go beyond ₹45,000/month
• Payout varies by slot, sessions handled, and region
