Job Description

The Radiant Public School is looking for a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching English to students from classes 1 to 10, ensuring a strong foundation in grammar, literature, writing, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Teach English language and literature to students from Classes 1 to 10. Create lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum and learning goals. Use engaging methods such as storytelling, reading activities, and creative writing to enhance student learning. Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback for academic improvement. Encourage participation in class discussions, debates, and English-related competitions. Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive learning environment. Collaborate with other teachers and participate in school events and parent meetings. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in English or Education (B.Ed. preferred). Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience (freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply). Excellent command of spoken and written English. Good classroom management and communication skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
