Position Overview

Kids Club CBSE School, Tiruppur, is seeking a well-qualified and experienced English Teacher to handle Classes XI & XII. The teacher must have excellent command over English, strong knowledge of CBSE senior secondary curriculum, and the ability to train students for board examinations.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Academic Delivery

• Teach English Core/English Elective for Classes XI & XII as per CBSE norms.
• Prepare structured lesson plans, teaching resources, and activity-based materials.
• Improve students’ skills in literature, grammar, comprehension, reading, and writing.
• Conduct interactive sessions such as discussions, debates, group work, and presentations.

Assessment & Evaluation

• Prepare question papers for periodic tests and pre-board exams.
• Evaluate answer scripts, maintain records, and monitor academic progress.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate progress to parents.

Board Exam Preparation

• Train students in exam-oriented writing skills:
• Note-making
• Essays & articles
• Letters & reports
• Literature answers
• Guide students in time management, paper presentation, and scoring strategies.

Classroom & Student Management

• Maintain discipline and create a positive, motivating classroom environment.
• Support students who need additional academic help.
• Encourage participation in English-related academic competitions.

Co-curricular Responsibilities

• Organize and guide events such as elocution, debate competitions, drama, and poetry recitations.
• Assist in school assemblies and literary club activities.
• Participate in school functions, workshops, and staff meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

• M.A English (Prefer) with B.Ed. (mandatory for CBSE).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience teaching senior secondary (freshers with excellent English may be considered).
• Strong grammar, pronunciation, and communication skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate adolescents effectively.
