Position Overview

Kids Club CBSE School, Tiruppur, is looking for a highly qualified and dedicated Chemistry Teacher to handle Classes XI & XII. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, CBSE curriculum knowledge, and the ability to prepare students for board exams and competitive exams.

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Curriculum Delivery

• Teach Chemistry for Classes XI & XII based on the CBSE curriculum.
• Prepare detailed lesson plans, lab activities, and teaching materials.
• Ensure conceptual clarity in Organic, Inorganic, and Physical Chemistry.
• Conduct interactive sessions, problem-solving classes, and doubt-clearing sessions.

Lab & Practical Work

• Conduct practical classes as per CBSE guidelines.
• Maintain lab records, equipment, and student practical files.
• Ensure safety and discipline inside the laboratory.

Assessment & Evaluation

• Prepare question papers for periodic tests, pre-boards, and internal assessments.
• Evaluate answer sheets and maintain accurate academic records.
• Provide timely feedback to students and parents regarding performance.

Student Development

• Train students for CBSE board exams with exam-oriented strategies.
• Guide students preparing for NEET/JEE-level basic Chemistry (optional but preferred).
• Motivate students and track their academic progress regularly.

School Responsibilities

• Participate in staff meetings, parent meetings, training programs, and school events.
• Collaborate with other senior secondary teachers for planning and coordination.
• Maintain discipline and follow school rules and CBSE regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• M.Sc Chemistry with B.Ed (mandatory for CBSE).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience teaching senior secondary preferred (freshers with strong knowledge may be considered).
• Strong communication skills and excellent subject command.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and structured way.
