Job Title: English Teacher (Middle & Secondary)

Location: Brilliant National School- Old Baiyyappanahalli

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our dynamic team of educators. The role involves teaching students as per the national curriculum, inspiring a love for learning, and helping them grow academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and well-structured English lessons.

Use creative teaching methods and multimedia tools to enhance learning.

Assign, evaluate, and grade classwork, homework, and tests.

Track and report student progress to parents and management.

Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and participation.

Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events and meetings.

Stay updated with modern teaching techniques and professional development programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

B.Ed or M.Ed in English (mandatory)

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English Literature

Strong communication and classroom management skills

Ability to engage and motivate middle and secondary school students

Creative, disciplined, and student-focused approach to teaching
