Eligibility Criteria & Requirements: 1. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field. Additional certifications in competitive exam coaching (preferred). 2. Experience: Prior teaching experience in English for competitive exams like Bank PO, SSC CGL, or other government exams . Proven track record of students’ success in competitive exams is an added advantage. 3. Subject Knowledge: Strong grasp over English grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, sentence improvement, and error detection. Familiarity with Bank PO and SSC CGL exam patterns, question types, and recent trends. 4. Teaching Skills: Ability to explain complex topics in a simple, student-friendly manner. Expertise in conducting both offline and online classes. Experience in preparing and using quality study material, mock tests, and assessments. 5. Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English. Ability to motivate and engage students. 6. Technical Proficiency (if applicable): Comfort with online teaching tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, digital whiteboards, and LMS platforms. Responsibilities: Teach and mentor students for the English section of Bank PO and SSC CGL exams. Design and deliver structured lessons, practice tests, and doubt-clearing sessions. Monitor student progress and provide personalized feedback. Stay updated with syllabus changes, exam patterns, and new teaching methods.
