English Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and experienced English faculty member to teach students from Class VI to XII. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with the CBSE, ICSE, and SSC syllabi, and capable of nurturing students’ reading, writing, grammar, and literary analysis skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Delivery:
• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons as per the curriculum standards (CBSE, ICSE, or SSC).
• Cover literature, grammar, writing skills, and comprehension topics tailored to the class level.
• Classroom Management:
• Maintain a conducive learning environment.
• Motivate and support students of varying abilities.
• Assessment & Evaluation:
• Prepare question papers, conduct assessments, and evaluate answer sheets.
• Maintain accurate records of students’ progress and provide feedback.
• Student Engagement:
• Conduct debates, elocutions, creative writing, and literary activities.
• Guide students for board examinations, Olympiads, or literary competitions.
• Parent Communication:
• Participate in PTMs and maintain open communication with parents regarding academic progress.
• Continuous Development:
• Stay updated with the latest trends in English teaching and board requirements.
• Attend professional development workshops and training sessions.Requirements:
• Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in English or related field.
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience, preferably with exposure to CBSE, ICSE, or SSC boards.
• Skills:
• Strong command of English language and literature.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Technologically proficient (experience with smart boards, online teaching tools is a plus).

Pay: ₹10,781.80 - ₹30,000.00 per month
