English Speaking Trainer / Spoken English Teacher

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced English-Speaking Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong command over spoken English and a proven track record of training students for improved communication and university interview preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and interactive Spoken English classes for students of various age groups and backgrounds.
• Train and prepare students for university-level interviews and academic discussions.
• Assess students’ language levels and create customized lesson plans based on their needs.
• Monitor progress and provide regular feedback and improvement strategies.
• Encourage confidence-building and fluency in spoken English.
• Use innovative teaching techniques and activities to make learning effective and enjoyable.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent fluency and command of the English language
• Strong teaching and classroom management skills
• Experience in training students for academic interviews (preferred)
• Confidence-building and communication coaching abilities
• Friendly, patient, and motivating teaching style

Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in Spoken English/Communication Skills training

Qualification: Graduate in English or any relevant field (TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus)

Location: South Delhi or East Delhi (Preference)

Age: Age between 30 to 40 years
