English Language Teacher

As an English Language Trainer, you will be responsible for assisting students or professionals in enhancing their spoken and written English skills. Your role will involve designing and delivering engaging lessons that focus on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, and communication abilities. You will conduct training sessions both in classrooms and online for individuals or groups. Developing customized lesson plans tailored to improve spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, and writing skills will be a key part of your responsibilities. Assessing the language levels of learners and adjusting training methods accordingly will be crucial to ensure effective learning outcomes. Utilizing techniques such as role plays, group discussions, and audio-visual aids will help in enhancing the learning experience for the students. Monitoring the progress of learners, providing feedback, and support, as well as preparing them for interviews, presentations, or exams like IELTS and TOEFL, if applicable, will be part of your daily tasks. Maintaining attendance records, performance reports, and staying up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and language learning tools will also be essential. Requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Communication, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of prior experience as an English Trainer, Teacher, or Spoken English Coach. A high level of proficiency in spoken and written English, strong classroom management skills, and the ability to adapt teaching methods based on learner levels are mandatory. Having certification in English Language Teaching such as TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA is considered advantageous. Preferred skills for this position include expertise in public speaking, soft skills, voice modulation, accent training (if applicable), familiarity with online teaching tools like Zoom, Google Meet, LMS, and basic computer skills.,
