Requirements: Minimum 2 years and up to 8 years of experience in tele calling, tele sales, or counseling, preferably in the EdTech or education industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and conversion rates. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle objections and work in a target-driven environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office. Graduation in any discipline; additional certifications in counseling/sales will be an advantage. Should be based in Delhi or Mumbai or willing to relocate. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in EdTech platforms, coaching institutes, test-prep, or higher education counseling. Multilingual skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred for Mumbai).
