Tutor Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with students to improve writing strategies and skills.
• Provide effective feedback on university-level essays across different courses.
• Demonstrate knowledge of general writing, essay types, and academic paper formats.
• Teach and reinforce grammar concepts and writing mechanics.
• Design and deliver effective tutoring strategies to ensure student learning and growth.
• Prepare students to handle various essay assignments at the university level.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold the company’s reputation for quality tutoring.
• Adapt tutoring approaches to meet individual student needs.
  

Qualifications

• Required:

  Bachelor’s Degree in English/Teaching/Literature.

• Preferred:

  Master’s Degree, M.Phil./Ph.D. in English/Literature, CELTA/TEFL/TESOL certification.

Selection Process

1. English Assessment Test (submit within 24 hours).
2. Microsoft Teams Interview.
3. Training & Client Test.
   

Shift & Working Hours

• Shift Window:

  10:30 PM – 8:30 AM (IST)

• Minimum:

  3 hours/day

• Maximum:

  8 hours/day

Desired Skills

• Strong grasp of university-level essay writing and related concepts.
• Proficiency in grammar, mechanics, and academic writing.
• Familiarity with current teaching/tutoring methods.
• Competence in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback.
  

Candidate Profile

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Open to supervision and feedback from team leaders/supervisors.
• Prior teaching/tutoring experience preferred.
