.What you'll do.

• ..As a subject matter expert at Wayground, you will be responsible for analysing multiple curricula across the world for English Language and Literature and building a skill tree that is unique to our requirement
• s.Every domain within the English language has an associated skill list and hierarchy. It will be your job to connect these skills to internationally approved curricular standard
• s.You will also review the quality and usability of the resources created in-house using various AI models and evaluate their effectivenes
• s.This task is cyclical and iterative, and will require constant revisions using data analysis and testin
• g.Your knowledge of pedagogy, expertise in subject matter, and thoroughness in research will be key to succeeding in this rol
