As an English Language and Soft Skills Trainer, your role involves providing high-quality English language instruction and developing students' essential soft skills for professional and academic success. You will design a dynamic curriculum focusing on enhancing communication skills, building confidence in public speaking, and preparing students for group discussions and personal interviews. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop a comprehensive curriculum integrating English language training with key soft skills. - Create engaging lesson plans covering grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, group discussions (GD), and personal interview (PI) techniques. - Deliver interactive training sessions to individuals and groups, emphasizing language proficiency and soft skills application. - Conduct specialized training modules on public speaking, group discussions, and personal interviews. - Administer regular assessments to measure student progress and provide personalized feedback. - Create a positive learning environment that encourages participation and supports student confidence. - Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and collaborate with other trainers and staff for a cohesive learning experience. Qualifications and Skills: - Education: Master's degree in English with BEd or similar teaching/instructional qualification. - Certification (Preferred): Teaching certification or qualification in TESOL/TOEFL, IELTS or similar. - Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years experience as an English Language Trainer, with expertise in group discussions, personal interviews, and public speaking. - Language Proficiency: Near-native proficiency in English with impeccable grammar, syntax, and phonetics. - Pedagogical Expertise: Strong knowledge of language acquisition theories and instructional design principles. - Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; patience, adaptability, and empathy to motivate learners from diverse backgrounds; strong organizational and classroom management abilities.
