English & Hindi Teacher

Key Responsibilities: Conduct engaging and interactive Spoken Hindi & English training sessions for students of different age groups and proficiency levels. Design and implement lesson plans, activities, and exercises that enhance listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Focus on conversational practice, pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary enrichment. Track and assess students’ progress, providing constructive feedback and support. Maintain discipline and ensure a positive learning environment in the classroom. Assist in developing training materials, assessments, and speaking activities. Coordinate with the academic team to improve training methodologies. Encourage students’ participation through role plays, group discussions, and interactive sessions. Requirements: Female candidate only. Bachelor’s degree in Arts/English/Hindi/Linguistics/Communication or any related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in spoken language training (preferred, but freshers with strong language skills may also apply). Strong command over both Hindi and English (spoken and written). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills. Ability to motivate and inspire learners. Passionate about teaching and helping students improve their fluency and confidence.
