Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate English Faculty member who can effectively teach Reading Comprehension, Verbal Ability, Vocabulary, Grammar, and Critical Reasoning for competitive exams such as CLAT, IPMAT, and CUET. The role includes classroom teaching, mentoring, academic content development, seminars, counselling during admissions, and contributing to digital academic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities1. Classroom Teaching

• Deliver engaging and high-quality sessions for English, RC, VA, and Critical Reasoning.
• Break down complex concepts for students from diverse academic backgrounds.

2. Doubt Solving & Mentoring

• Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions.
• Mentor students on reading habits, comprehension skills, vocabulary enhancement, and exam strategies.

3. Content Development

• Create academic content such as practice sheets, assignments, mock tests, reading sets, vocabulary lists, and CR question banks.
• Update study material based on exam trends and performance analysis.

4. Academic Counselling (During Admissions)

• Interact with students and parents to resolve academic queries during the admission process.
• Explain the course structure, subject approach, preparation strategy, and academic roadmap.

5. Seminars & Outreach Sessions

• Conduct seminars, school workshops, orientations, and scholarship test briefings.
• Represent the institution in academic outreach events and presentations.

6. Academic Coordination & Planning

• Prepare structured lesson plans and ensure timely completion of the syllabus.
• Collaborate with the Academic Head and other faculty members for consistent academic delivery.

7. Digital Academic Sessions

• Conduct online sessions for English/RC/VA/CR, including YouTube-based classes if required.
• Record academic videos, concept explainers, and exam-strategy sessions.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong command over English Language, Reading Comprehension, and Critical Reasoning
• Excellent verbal communication and classroom delivery skills
• Confidence in public speaking and seminar presentations
• Ability to communicate clearly with parents and students
• Creative mindset for content development and student engagement
• Familiarity with CLAT, IPMAT, and CUET exam patterns (preferred)

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Literature, Linguistics, Communication, or a related field
• 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
