Designation: English Communication trainer / Programme Delivery Officer (Nagpur) Regional Officer: Giripeth, Nagpur, Languages to be known: English and Hindi UG Degree: Any degree Salary:30K-40K Skills required: • Communication skills • Basic Excel skills and proficiency in extracting data and analysing data using excel. • Experience in training • Willingness to travel (Visit schools for training) Job Responsibilities: 1. Conduct effective training sessions to equip teachers with the knowledge and skills to implement the MiKids pedagogy and software 2. Maintaining good rapport with the school management, coordinators and teachers. 3. Track program progress, maintain records, and gather feedback to support ongoing improvement of training and implementation (with experience in school education or teacher training) 4. Technical Support: Manage software installation & support state head in programme 5. implementation & delivering results 6.
