English and Soft Skills Trainer

As a faculty member at Virohan, your primary role will be to ensure the effective delivery of English Language Power Skill Learning (ELPSL) training, induction, and lesson plans in accordance with Virohan standards. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring a minimum student attendance of 80% and faculty attendance of 90% in adherence to Virohan standards. - Engaging with students to deliver quality education, foster student development, and promptly address any student grievances. - Ensuring compliance with all Virohan norms during classroom training and maintaining proper records and reports. - Assisting the content team in creating Training Learning Materials (TLM) and schedules as required by Virohan or relevant projects. Your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be: - Maintaining a monthly average of >80% attendance for students. - Ensuring a maximum dropout rate of 10% per batch. - Ensuring that 85% of active students pass in their main attempt across all categories. The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong communication skills and the confidence to conduct training for senior student batches. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience as an English teacher, Soft Skills/Personality Development trainer, or in a similar training-related role.
