About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to join our team. The trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging training sessions that enhance the interpersonal and professional skills of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive training sessions on soft skills such as communication, presentation, leadership, teamwork, emotional intelligence, time management, and conflict resolution.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and discussions with managers or participants.
• Design and customize training modules, activities, and content based on the target audience.
• Use innovative teaching methods including role-plays, group discussions, case studies, and simulations.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
• Provide coaching and one-on-one guidance to participants when required.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in soft skills development.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and motivational abilities.
• Ability to adapt training content to different learning styles and professional levels.
• Certification in training & development (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹11,403.39 - ₹34,382.48 per month
