Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Engineer to join our Structures team at Jacobs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop structural systems, including roads, bridges, and buildings.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve project efficiency.
Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
Analyze data and prepare reports on project performance and recommendations for improvement.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to procure materials and equipment.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of structural analysis, design, and construction methods.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as CAD and project management.
Ability to travel to project sites as required.
