About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Draftsman to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality structural drawings, detailing, and 3D models for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with engineers, project managers, and the client. Key Responsibilities Prepare structural GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and reinforcement detailing. Develop 2D/3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, or equivalent software. Interpret the engineer's sketches, design notes, and technical specifications. Ensure drawings comply with relevant codes (IS/BS/AISC/Eurocode). Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other disciplines. Review and revise drawings based on design changes or site requirements. Maintain drawing documentation and ensure timely delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications Degree/Diploma/ITI in Civil/Structural Drafting or Engineering. 6+ years of relevant industry experience (industrial/plant/structural). Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; Knowledge of Revit/Tekla preferred. Understanding of steel structures, RCC detailing, and fabrication practices. Ability to read and understand structural calculations & design reports. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
