1. Reduction of OQC & customer rejection through systematic approach for motor.
2. In-depth understanding & knowledge of Standard room Gauge, ERP, Electrical Instrument, Drawing, GD&T, IS standards, IS:25000 or MIL-105 standard. Manage the out-going quality inspection thru these standards.
3. To calibrate the gauge on timely interval & maintain the process.
4. To understand the requirements & complexity of the new part (to be developed) as decided in feasibility study.
5. Implement and train associates on quality and other efficient tools such as Kaizen events, Standard Work, layer audit, and best practices to ensure maximum productivity, minimal waste, and minimise the external & internal quality issues.
6. Established objectives Induction BLDC motors Outgoing Quality and coach associates on successful completion of objectives
7. Aware about the problem-solving tool like 8D, 5Why, 5W1H, 7QC tools etc.
8. Ensure timely closure of customer complaints, field complaints & updating customer log.
9. Guide team about the customer issues & apply proactive approach to reduce the customer issues.
10. To prepare MIS presentation & close all OQC and customer issues with collaborative effort.
Proficient & trained in green belt 6 sigma & lean tools.
Knowledge of automotive tool like APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA & SPC. Understanding & in-depth knowledge of PFMEA, Control plan & PFD
Proficient in trouble shooting thru systematic approach. Knowledge of 8D, Why Why analysis, 5W1H etc
Internal auditor in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001: 2018 & ISO: 14001:2015.
