1) Responsible to develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer orders and forecasted demand.
2) Responsible for Plan and allocate machine, manpower, and material resources efficiently.
3) Coordinate with procurement, and stores to ensure material readiness before production.
4) Responsible to create detailed production schedules aligned with customer delivery commitments.
5) Responsible to monitor in-process production and adjust schedules for delays, breakdowns, or priority changes.
6) Predict bottlenecks process and resolved proactively.
7) Co-ordinate with quality, maintenance, production, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth workflow.
8) Able to resolve interdepartmental conflicts affecting production schedules.
9) Generate report related with production schedules.
10) Ensure on-time delivery of goods as per customer orders.
11) Responsible to prepare and submit daily/monthly MIS reports on production performance and delivery status.
Qualification : Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical
Experience : Min 4 to 8 years in PPC
