Engineering Specialist Advisor

You will be part of the Operational Planning & Productivity Solutions team at FedEx ACC India in Hyderabad. Your role will involve leveraging your extensive experience in DELMIA Quintiq to design, develop, and deploy high-impact planning and scheduling solutions. As a key member of the team, you will mentor and coach peers, provide technical leadership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions. Your contribution will also include reviewing and creating documentation such as QBA and QID. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy high-impact planning and scheduling solutions using your extensive Quintiq experience. - Mentor and coach peers, providing technical leadership and fostering professional growth. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions. - Contribute to and review documentation such as QBA and QID. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 7 years of experience working with Java/Quintiq software, with a focus on development or implementation. - At least 3 years of hands-on development experience and a minimum of 2 years in a functional role. - Proven ability to lead and mentor developers, including code reviews and design best practices. - Knowledge and experience with DELMIA Quintiq configuration and customization, object-oriented programming principles, and source/version control systems like Git. In addition to the required qualifications, it would be beneficial to have a functional understanding of Advanced Planning & Scheduling systems, workforce planning systems, mathematical optimization, forecasting, and declarative programming paradigms. Familiarity with relational databases and schema design would also be advantageous for this role.,
