Engineering Specialist Advisor

You will be joining the Operational Planning & Productivity Solutions team at FedEx ACC India in Hyderabad. As a highly experienced professional in DELMIA Quintiq, your role will involve designing, developing, and deploying impactful planning and scheduling solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in mentoring and coaching team members, providing technical leadership, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to and review documentation such as QBA and QID. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy high-impact planning and scheduling solutions using your extensive Quintiq experience. - Mentor and coach team members, providing technical leadership and supporting their professional growth. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions. - Contribute to and review documentation such as QBA and QID. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 7 years of experience working with Java/Quintiq software. - At least 3 years of hands-on development experience and a minimum of 2 years focusing on the functional side of the program. - Proven ability to lead and mentor developers, including code reviews and design best practices.
