Project Role :Engineering Services Lead
Project Role Description :Lead a team of engineers that develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Ensure teams are delivering engineering solutions on time, at the right quality and cost. Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

"Summary:As an Engineering Services Lead, you will oversee a dedicated team of engineers focused on developing innovative technical solutions that address complex challenges and meet business goals. Your typical day will involve coordinating project timelines, ensuring quality standards are met, and facilitating collaboration among various engineering disciplines. You will engage with team members to foster a productive environment, guiding them in their efforts to deliver effective engineering solutions that align with organizational objectives. Seeking a forward-thinking professional with an AI-first mindset to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade solutions using Generative and Agentic AI frameworks that drive innovation, efficiency, and business transformation.Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure project alignment and success.

Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact.Professional & Technical

Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.

Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Experience in project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery of engineering solutions.

Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to facilitate understanding and collaboration.

Familiarity with engineering principles across various specializations, including manufacturing and mechanical engineering.

Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required."
