Lead a team of engineers that develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Ensure teams are delivering engineering solutions on time, at the right quality and cost. Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

Summary:As an Engineering Services Lead, you will oversee a dynamic team of engineers dedicated to crafting innovative technical solutions that address complex challenges and align with business goals. Your typical day will involve coordinating project timelines, ensuring quality standards are met, and fostering collaboration among various engineering disciplines, including manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering. You will play a pivotal role in resource assembly and project delivery, ensuring that all engineering solutions are executed efficiently and effectively.

    Skills:
  • Must have Proficiency in Atlassian JIRA
  • Configure and customize JIRA projects, workflows, schemes, permissions, and user interfaces.
  • Perform regular administration and maintenance of JIRA instances.
  • Collaborate with team leads to understand project requirements and implement necessary changes in JIRA.
  • Create and manage custom dashboards and reports.
  • Provide training and user support to ensure effective utilization of JIRA.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues related to JIRA.
  • Integrate JIRA with other tools and systems used within the organization.
  • Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development practices.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
    Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Atlassian Jira
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
